Pricing & Currency
All prices on our website are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by Dutch law.
International Orders: For customers outside the Netherlands, prices will be displayed in your local currency when available. The final charge on your statement may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, orders already placed will be honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Important: Your payment will be authorized at the time of order placement and charged when your order ships. For pre-orders or made-to-order items, payment will be processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds: In cases of partial returns or order modifications, we will refund the proportional amount to your original payment method.
Chargebacks: If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees. We are committed to resolving any payment disputes fairly and promptly.
Payment Issues & Failed Transactions
If your payment fails or is declined, please check the following:

- Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit available
- Check that your card has not expired

Order Cancellation: Orders with failed payments will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours. You will need to place a new order once payment issues are resolved.
