Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Eligible Items for Return

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unworn and unwashed clothing with original tags attached
  • Accessories in original packaging
  • Shoes in original box with no signs of wear
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale (unless marked as final sale)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at the email or phone number below
  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Attach the return label and ship the package
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement
  3. We will confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
  4. Ship the original item back to us
  5. Once received, we will ship your replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
