We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Free Shipping: Orders over €195 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

  • Customs and import duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express shipping options

Damaged or Lost Packages
